There are three options for the registration fee:

  1. The regular registration fee is 95 EUR (475 RON) per paper covering the publication in the JSES Journal, conference materials, lunch and coffee break for the two conference days (21-22 November). It does not include the participation at the Gala Dinner.
  2. Co-authors attending the conference and Gala Dinner will be subject to a 60 EUR (300 RON) Fee per person. 

The program of the ICAS 2025 Conference will be published in November 2025.
