There are three options for the registration fee:

 

  1. The regular registration fee is 90 EUR (450 RON) per paper covering the publication in the JSES Journal, conference materials, lunch and coffee break for the two conference days (14-15 November). It does not include the participation at the Gala Dinner.
  2. The registration fee of 150 EUR (750 RON) per paper covering the publication in the JSES Journal, conference materials, lunch and coffee break for the two conference days (14-15 November). It also includes the participation at the Gala Dinner, covering a two-course menu, desserts, and drinks.
  3. Co-authors attending the conference and Gala Dinner will be subject to a 60 EUR (300 RON) Fee per person. 

 

The program of the ICAS 2024 Conference will be published in November 2024.
